The staff was very nice, friendly everything a person would expect from a hotel of this level. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all public areas. It is a great hotel,; however, the only negative is their internet WIFI service, while it is free, it does not reach the rooms and while we were there the access in the lobby is constantly being interrupted and it is difficult to do much with it.
